Refund & Return Policy
1. Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
- The packaging must be intact.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions for the return process and the shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the return.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days.
- We do not refund shipping costs, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
4. Replacements & Defective Products
- If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will send you a new product at no extra cost or refund your money, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns on:
- Made-to-order or personalized products
- Gifts and final sale offers
- Products that have been used and are not in their original condition
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a company error.
- In case of approved return for a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs.
